Be prepared to share the following documents:

2) References from your past employers. Please provide contact information for these employers, so we may verify dates of employment and work performance.
3) Copies of any certifications or licenses.
4) Copies of educational documents such as HS Diploma/GED, transcripts, degrees.
Also be prepared to take a drug screen urinalysis test and have a criminal background check performed. Some credit checks are also required (depending on the position you are seeking.)

We will contact previous employers to verify dates of employment and work performance.
Your staffing consultant will search our database for a job that matches your qualifications. Once a position is found, we will go over the detailed job description outlining the requirements of the position and specific salary and benefit information. If interested, we present your information to our client company for review.
If hired, you will complete the required federal and state tax forms and the I-9 form. You will be required to provide documentation that establishes both identity and employment authorization.
